IEEE Region 4 Student Paper Contest
Region 4 of the IEEE is again sponsoring a REGIONAL STUDENT PAPER CONTEST.
WHO: Any IEEE student member* (or group of student members) per the guidelines
WHAT: Student Papers written and presented by IEEE student members*
(The paper can be a reformatting of your senior design project or a previous project or paper.)
WHEN: Written Paper due: April 1st , 2012; Oral Presentation on May 5th (tentative)
TIME: Oral presentation May 5th in Indianapolis: 1:00pm to 5:00pm (tentative)
WHERE: (Oral Presentation) 2012 Electro/Information Technology (EIT) Conference;
IUPUI, Indianapolis, IN, USA

HOW: To qualify for the prizes, the paper must be presented at the 2012 EIT conference Saturday afternoon.

If necessary only the top papers may be selected to present (in previous years, all submitted papers were selected).
Reasonable travel expenses incurred by students to present their paper will be covered by the Region.
Note: The paper can be from a previous project or previous paper from school projects.
